Worked fine for me. Installation is a little tedious, but that depends more on usage than the product itself. I have a very small gap between my dryer and the wall where the vent is. Using a flexible hose wasn't the best option as I had to compact it heavily. This product works well in tight spaces. The vent and dryer were only an inch away, but this product fit a lot better and was more durable than cramming a standard vent tube into such a small space. I then drew the outside vent and put the dryer back in place. I've found that it works best if I make 4 small cuts in the periscope vent outlet tube so I can fit it into the vent in the wall. It also helps if someone slowly slides the dryer into place while you push the periscope outlet into the opening in the wall. Once it was secure I used a cordless screwdriver with a flexible extension and end cap to get to the dryer and tighten the outlet clamp. It's not a quick and easy install, but it's doable for the average person - it just takes some patience and planning. And after installation it works fine.
