I like the ability to create custom fields for my emails, allowing me to collect data from multiple sources as well as aggregate it. The UI is not very intuitive at first glance. It's easy enough to figure out how to do things once you've spent some time with it, but there are many features that aren't immediately apparent. If you're looking for an easy way to capture data about your customers without having to spend a lot of time managing it yourself, this is a good option. We have been able to easily capture customer feedback and comments about our products and services.
