I like the ability to create custom fields for my emails, allowing me to collect data from multiple sources as well as aggregate it. The UI is not very intuitive at first glance. It's easy enough to figure out how to do things once you've spent some time with it, but there are many features that aren't immediately apparent. The support is great! They have been very responsive, quick at responding with questions or helping us fix issues we were having. I think they could be more transparent about what their pricing tiers are for different levels of usage. We've had some customers who thought it was too expensive but then realized that's just because our volume wasn't as high yet so there isn't much work being done by them right now.
