The support is great! They have been very responsive, quick at responding with questions or helping us fix issues we were having. I think they could be more transparent about what their pricing tiers are for different levels of usage. We've had some customers who thought it was too expensive but then realized that's just because our volume wasn't as high yet so there isn't much work being done by them right now. If you're looking for an easy way to store your email messages from multiple clients without needing any additional software - this should definitely be considered. Storing all my client mail (and backups) via one system has made managing these files easier than ever before.
