Great sound, but definitely NOT waterproof!
I bought these last summer, the first few times we've been able to use them they've been fantastic! The music was very clear and loud. Then one day it started raining and 3 out of 4 stopped working because the speaker was FULL of water. I didn't know they were full of water and turned them on and they stopped working. 2 of them won't even turn on. Tip: Remove the speaker from the pole when rain is forecast. But super cool design.
