The ease of use for both customers as well as our end users, which can edit documents in real time without any hassle or lag delays. There are some minor glitches that need to be addressed if I were reviewing it positively but they have always been addressable by their team with little effort from us at all. This software has revolutionized my workflow process within client relationships. It's quick access saves me countless man hours each week just getting through emails back & forth between myself (sales rep) and clients regarding issues/questions about orders / invoices etc., saving literally thousands per year now since we started using this product almost immediately after launch date last August 2018 - no more phone tag calls!
