I like that we can manage our software licenses from one dashboard, instead of having multiple applications for each product line. The price point needs work as it has grown quite significantly since its original launch in 2014 - but this also means no more annual subscription fees! Having an enterprise level license management system would be better suited if they can offer a free trial or at least some sort of discount package for small customers with less than 100 seats. It makes sense when you're large enough (more than 200+ employees) but as soon as your business grows beyond just "a few" users then the monthly pricing starts adding up very quickly. Manage all licenses across different products within one user friendly interface so there's nothing left to do manually. I like that it has all of my vendors in one place, so I can see everything at once. The reporting part could be better, but I think the product is very easy to use. It's not perfect, but I am happy with how far they have come. They need to make the dashboard more user friendly, as it's not intuitive. We are trying to get everyone on board with this system, so we can easily view and monitor our spend. This is helping us save money by making sure we are only purchasing what we need.
