Each small compartment measures 7.6 x 5.1 x 5.1 cm. They weren't deep enough for my wife's nail polish (2 inches) so I had to put them all to one side. Some large bottles had to remove the divider so they could occupy two compartments. The material turned out to be much thinner than I expected, and after filling it with polish and files, the carriage became very unstable to carry. When me or my wife carry a cart, we have to hold the handle with one hand and support the bottom with the other for fear that it will come loose between layers and fall to the ground. The whole measures approximately 7 inches high, 6 1/2 inches wide and 9 5/8 inches long. The pages are so flimsy/thin that they crease. Don't buy this unless it's for a teenager who doesn't have a lot of stuff.
