I used this set with my 4.5 year old and we had a great time together. It comes with most of the necessary materials, paint, bottles, gloves, rubber bands and an instruction manual. The color was in the bottles right away, so all we had to do was add water. My kid was able to use this without making a lot of mess and the colors are bright and fun. We were able to make 5 kids size t-shirts and one adult size t-shirt and still had some paint left. I like that this dye is non-toxic so I didn't do that. I don't have to worry about either of us getting it on our hands or on the table we used to use. I'm new to coloring so this set was a great starting point for me.
