It was frustrating shopping online at By Petsonik. In spite of their claims to provide a broad variety of products for all kinds of pets, their inventory was small and lacking in variety. Additionally, I didn't feel like I was receiving a good value for my money due to the high prices of their goods. I was disappointed to learn that the products were of poor quality when my order eventually arrived. The canine bed I bought was uncomfortable and poorly made, and the leash I requested for her frayed after just a few uses. My attempts to raise my concerns with their customer support team were met with unresponsive and unhelpful responses. Overall, I wouldn't advise other cat owners to shop at By Petsonik's website. Better options that provide better quality and value are accessible.
