Good customer support whenever you have questions or need help with your account setup! No cons at all so far - we're still learning how this works but thusfar I think everything has been easy peasy. We've had some issues getting our accounts set up correctly when purchasing additional features (which was not part of their product), however they quickly worked through them and helped us figure out what went awry. It took about 30 minutes from initial inquiry until live access - which meant my partner could get straight into working without having to wait around for me once she'd signed off work email.
