I very much enjoyed using this software. It was easy enough to navigate through and set up new users easily as well as adding custom fields and options within your profiles/groups. The reports are great! Great way to see who has been coming into our office from different places or time zones (even when they're not actually present). The way the software integrates with the web applications, I love how easy it is to use. It is very user-friendly, and the system is very intuitive. It has a lot of features that help with the monitoring of guests and visitors, so it is very useful for business. You can upload multiple documents at once with this software which saves time during busy hours or when you are away! It has been really beneficial because I've realized how easy managing meetings have become since they all come out in one place so easily through my phone/computer. If anything - try getting used to typing everything twice as much (ie having too many pages of stuff saved). The support from them was lacking compared to their competitors but I hope we move past our issues soonish.

Good customer support whenever you have questions or need help with your account setup! No cons at all so far - we're still learning how this works but thusfar I think everything has been easy peasy.
