Great sound but not as advertised. You cannot switch between chat and game audio. It only increases and decreases game and chat volume. I replaced the optical cable with a ridiculously expensive one and it doesn't matter. I contacted Plantronics and they didn't care, they just told me to return it if it doesn't do what I thought it would. But for me the ratio of chat and game noise is important. So I think I'll send it back. Unfortunately, because otherwise I really love it. Fits great, great sound. I just can't stand coughing or speaking loudly into my ear without being able to turn them down or off. Edit: It actually switches between game and group chat. It just requires a very specific configuration that is not mentioned in the guide. I had to go to Reddit to find out how. However, it works like an ad, it just needs a guide. Now I am very happy with this headset!
