Good quality. The umbrella clasp is made of nice, thick leather, sewn, it seems to me, with spring steel. The goggle clip is padded with foam to protect your goggles and the spring lock ensures they don't pop out accidentally. Here is my problem. It needs 2 hands to work. One to open the clip and the other to grab your glasses. Not a big fan of knee control when the sun is in your eyes. I'll be using it now, but I'll be looking for a better alternative soon.
