One of those tools I don't know how I did without lol. I don't do much carpentry, but I make a lot of things with my own hands where they will be very useful. I used them on this Kydex mold I made for a wooden holster. I also used them on some of the door panels I made for my Mustang Foxbody. It was the perfect thing for holding slabs of wood to the slab. It is similar to Vic's grip but without the grips that could damage what he was holding. They also have a swivel head which makes self-adjusting easier, I mean when you clamp it the head rotates so it doesn't hit the work piece. They also work great with metal when welding. I think they hold metal objects better when welding. Like I said, they are similar to what you get from a Vic grip, but they have a better fit and the head/neck/clamp, whatever it's called, makes it bigger objects can match. It's all worth it, if you make some things with your own hands, you'd be glad you bought them.
