Works well thanks to the handle
What makes this tool effective (in my case for preparing the walls before painting) is that the handle is so long that you can use it comfortably lean on with both hands on it (she said so too). There is nothing fancy about the tip/edge/head, but the long handle allows you to use it much more efficiently.
