I bought three of these. I bought the first one after purchasing similar rolling stools but didn't like the softness of the foam seats on my first few purchases. Park Tool's stool looked solid, and it is. Almost too firm at first after sitting for a while, but it'll be appreciated when you find you haven't sunk two or three inches into the seat after sitting for a while. If you need a small pillow, fold a fluffy towel into a square and that will help. It also adds some height. The first is used as my office "chair" in the warehouse office. The stool slides over the concrete floor, it forces me to sit up straight, which is why I primarily use stools as work chairs, and the springy seat makes it easier to get up and sit down all the time. There is no chair to sink in and push off. I bought a second one for basically the same reasons for home use where I do long periods of digital photo manipulation. Again, sitting upright is important and this stool encourages this without feeling like you're sinking in. Number three was just bought for a girl at work who was trying out different seating options including one of these ergonomic kneeling stools. I lent her my stool and after a few minutes she asked me to get it for her and after a few days of using my stool she still liked it. Last but not least, every ordered product arrived within 24 hours. I don't know where they ship from but shipping is free and very fast. I ordered #3 on a Thursday afternoon around 3am and it arrived before close the next day. Every delivery was like this. I would easily agree with the person who thought it should be bigger. A few more inches of adjustment would have been nice, but I've found that I get those inches of height by straightening my stance, which is the primary goal. It's strong, light and the seat doesn't seem to sag for long. I also recommend the seller.
