Loose and rattling

I've only used it for a long drive, through parks and through traffic jams. There are 3 things that need to be tightened when you put it on the steering wheel, the part that snaps onto the steering wheel feels really secure, that's good, there's a knob you can tighten to make the Screen doesn't rotate too much, which I could do. It didn't quite sure, but sure enough that it didn't move while cycling, so that was good too. The problem is the grip which then tightens the four corners that fit into the corners of your phone and hold the phone in the mount. Just a few seconds after I started riding the bike, I noticed that it rattled a little. I thought maybe I just didn't fasten it securely enough so I stopped and tried to tighten all the knobs as tight as I could and it was clear the problem was with the phone holding the phone. to the mountain. After setting everything up the phone held as tight as possible so I started cycling again and after a few seconds it started rattling again. For the rest of the ride, I had to stretch every minute while riding the bike to try and tighten the knob, but it's also a bit awkward because the knob is located on the mount and around the handlebars. . When I was at traffic lights or something I'd stop for a second to try and re-tighten it as much as I could, but it never got stuck and rattled again a few seconds after I got back on the road. I haven't ridden on perfectly flat roads but you never do, it was pretty standard urban road terrain and frankly good for the city, nothing crazy like big bumps, potholes or long stretches of rough or rocky pavement. I've moved again. often enough where it didn't get to the point where the phone would pop out, but I was genuinely concerned that if I didn't readjust the knob as often as I did it would eventually become a problem. As it stands now it just rattled the whole time and I was worried the whole trip about my phone popping out of its holder. I've been looking for something to attach my phone to my bike for a while so I have a map. while I ride. It was really nice to be able to do this, but with the rattling and constant worry that my phone would pop out of its holder and smash on the pavement, I think I'll look at other options.
