The monitor arrived in good condition, was easy to set up and connect to my MacBook Pro M1 Pro and works well. The monitor comes with a three-year warranty, but when I contacted Dell to register the monitor, I was told I would need to fill out a warranty and ownership transfer request, which can take up to ten business days to process. Today, on the 10th day, I contacted Dell and they informed me that the request was denied because I had to provide an order number that Dell would send the monitor to an IT parts store. I call the IT parts store and they told me to report the problem to them through Revain. I have just done this and am awaiting your reply. The monitor is unusable for me without any guarantee. Dell's warranty and ownership transfer process is far from transparent. And in my case, if you didn't buy the product directly from them, you are treated like a second class buyer. I'm not sure if the dollars saved on the purchase price are worth the worsening of my current situation.
