The site is intuitive and easy to use, has a great mobile app with all the features you need, and a good customer service team that is always willing to help! I don't have any dislikes about the site or the platform, but one thing I would like to mention is that it sometimes gets slow when there's a lot of activity. Be patient if you're looking to book a property in a remote location where you won't be able to check in yourself, but also make sure you're booking at least two weeks in advance so you can plan for any possible delays. We had some issues finding a suitable place to stay during our trip, so we were able to find a place thanks to this website.
