Very easy to read for testing, measuring and checking
I'm a home brewer and I believe my unfermented wort hydrometer is the same and it's a simple Brix calculation to determine the strength at the end of fermentation. I find it very easy to read and calibrate, and great for a quick check that fermentation is complete. Very good value for money.
