Review on FASTFERMENT D System 8 Inch Party Pump by Elizabeth Fuentes

At first it seemed well made but after ONE day of use at an event where we used two kegs the chrome pump shaft was worn down to the metal underlayer which then became rough. and when pumping up/down there were fine metal shavings in the pump shaft and it also got into the drinking line and found fine dust/shavings in the drinking cups. Not sure if we should polish the shaft or just send it back? It worked fine BUT now it grinds up and down when pumping and you can't oil or grease it as it will mix with the food/beverage line. UPDATED: So the seller sent us a replacement via Revain and regret to report that the replacement was just badly worn, in fact we had a major pressure loss issue. So it's coming back and I'm looking for a better producer. Unfortunately we couldn't ask this seller for advice, so he only gets one star and that's not worth it!
