later These things are too expensive for what they are. First of all the size. They are about 4 and 3/4 inches wide. They glued 3/8 inch wide magnets around the perimeter. This leaves only 4 inches of effective area to push air through. Measure your 120mm fan. See how much the magnets interfere with the blades. The entire filter is "just" wide enough to cover the width of a 120mm fan "without" the magnets. It's just sloppy and cheap. The second point is the filter itself. They took a thin piece of plastic and poked holes in it. The holes are so far apart that you can no longer consider it a filter. It's more like a really restrictive grill. When using this filter, each fan increases the RPM and stress on the bearings dramatically. If you absolutely must use them, you can do what I did and cut out the magnets. Just put 4 small strips in each corner. It doesn't hold up very well, but it does. And you'll feel at least a little less guilty about suffocating your fans. I really don't know why there isn't anyone on Amazon selling decent fan filters. Save money and just use a paper towel. You have more airflow and it's a lot cheaper.
