I have limited space for quilting so I have to constantly alternate between setting up the cutting board and removing it to setting up the sewing machine and then getting up to get to the ironing board. I can place the Cut'n Press next to my machine and always have it handy when I need to quickly iron a seam or turn it over for a quick cut. I also bought a travel steam iron to use with Cut 'n Press and it's a great setup. I still use my full size iron and board when I have a large ironing area, but it's a great space saver and eliminates the hassle of getting on and off.
