I bought this for Halloween but I loved it so much that I bought another one to wear throughout the fall through Thanksgiving. The timer keeps the pumpkin beautifully lit for 6 hours and then turns off. The light shimmering from it is a beautiful warm glow that is not overpowering. It is very similar to a night light. When it's off it's a beautiful amber color that will bring the spirit of the season to any room you place it in.
