The ability for me as one person in my organization (and only that) can make all our sales data available quickly across multiple teams is fantastic! I wish it had been there from day 1 instead of having waited so long but this was not something they could have changed at launch given how much work went into building up its capabilities over time.

It's taken them years just to get where they needed to be when you consider some other competitors were offering similar functionality within months/weeks after launching. A lot more manual input than many others would allow us do without additional staff costs or loss revenue opportunities if things go wrong.
