Perfect fit for my 2006 F150 5.4L. This is a direct replacement for the following Ford part numbers: BC3Z2457BD3TZ 2457-AD3TZ 2457-B Simply remove the old worn pad and put on the new pad. It is so easy! There is a ridge on the bottom edge that holds it to the metal brake pedal. I've had mine for a little over a week now and it's much nicer not having a slippery brake pedal. I received this as an optional item, so it's free with a $25 purchase. I just kept it in my shopping cart until I needed enough stuff and viola! I recommend this notebook. It's durable and fits my F150 perfectly.
