Product size Package size

I almost didn't order this part because of the size of the product. The pack size, not the product. Why would anyone specify the size of the package it comes in without giving a reason? Product size and package size are two different things. I know he said it would fit my car but I've been told that before and it doesn't. Just think it's silly to describe it like that.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Expensive

Prevention for a safe stop

I have 2001, F-350, 7.3. I change the pedal rubber every 3-4 years because the rubber wears out when cornering. Yes, I know it's just a "rubber brake pad". But I don't want my foot to slip off the pedal at any moment. A few years ago another truck had a worn pedal cover and my foot slipped when braking, luckily it wasn't an accident at the time so I buy a replacement cover every few years.

Strong grip is the best among spare parts

The following is often not considered: The brake pedal is directly connected to the brake system. It doesn't matter if you've just overhauled your entire braking system if your foot slips while braking. Wear appropriate shoes and avoid wear on the brake pedal pad. This is a rubber brake pad. It took about 40 seconds to take off the old worn out one and put this one on. Your kids will love it because your shoes will squeak every time you put your foot on the brake.

Best $5 I spent on my 2011 Ranger.

I bought my father a 2011 Ford Ranger XL with an automatic transmission. The brake pedal pad was missing and although it was still on track I thought I'd replace it as it's an easy fix. I looked it up on Revain and it was just right for my 2011 Ranger. It arrived very quickly and I put it on with minimal fuss. It fits perfectly on the pedal and is really comfortable. The way I put mine on was to stretch them out and press against the pedal. Great offer. It feels very good under my foot whenโ€ฆ

A quality replacement part

This is a good value replacement part to fit my 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 3.0L V6 2WD 2003 with engine code U. My original was still intact with no major wear but lacked mobility and lacked traction which often resulted in my foot slipping on the brake pedals, especially when the soles of my shoes were wet. If this pad lasts as long as my original pad I will probably never need to buy another for this truck again but I would highly recommend it to others who need this replacement part. The productโ€ฆ

Excellent fit OEM 2006 F150 5.4L

Perfect fit for my 2006 F150 5.4L. This is a direct replacement for the following Ford part numbers: BC3Z2457BD3TZ 2457-AD3TZ 2457-B Simply remove the old worn pad and put on the new pad. It is so easy! There is a ridge on the bottom edge that holds it to the metal brake pedal. I've had mine for a little over a week now and it's much nicer not having a slippery brake pedal. I received this as an optional item, so it's free with a $25 purchase. I just kept it in my shopping cart until I neededโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Unfashionable

As others have said, over time and riding, the right side tends to wear down, leaving a protruding metal edge that needs to be replaced. This is where I was before I bought this item for my 2004 Explorer. You can't beat the price and first class delivery. This item appeared identical to the original, fit perfectly and only took two minutes to swap out. No tools, clamps or glue required. I recommend heating the replacement pad with a hair dryer or car heater at a moderate temperature to make itโ€ฆ
