My cats really liked the first pack of venison flavor and I noticed that their fur was silky. Also, it seems to digest more efficiently than other products I've tried with them and doesn't upset my younger cat's more sensitive stomach. I would give it five stars but both cats refuse to eat pack 2; A cat will literally eat anything, so I tend to think that food is the problem. Until I know otherwise, I can only assume that there might be a quality control/consistency issue. This has never happened to me and I am surprised and disappointed that this has happened to such an expensive brand!
