Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.
On past city bears, I suffered from the "last kilometer" in the country - it was the worst for my car because of the poor adaptation of tires to gravel and country potholes. I even got stuck a couple of times in bad weather =)) Therefore, when the previous tires finally wore out (for two seasons, by the way, which is not enough), I was looking for an option with more versatility: so that it would be comfortable to ride in the city and not suffer in the country.
