As advertised by Brooks these shoes helped me get rid of knee pain while running. I don't know if it's the GuideRails system or if I'm more focused on where my foot lands when running. But since I got these shoes, my knee pain while running has disappeared. I've done 5 runs in it so far and each run ended without my typical knee pain. The fit is good for me, I usually get men's running shoes between a 11.5 and 12, for these I took a 12 and it fits well. If you are a regular runner with knee pain, give these a try and see if they help you like they did for me. I will get another pair when these wear out.
