Not for built in phone line, network only, error in advertised description 2020
The Walmart customer service lady read this description in Revain and said that it would protect the built in phone line from lightning, and offered to let me have it to buy; but that is an error in the description. It can be used as a surge protector, but is not suitable for telephone sockets. About every two years in Florida my flash goes out during a Florida thunderstorm. I still can't find a solution to save the destruction and I have to buy a new phone every time.
