I normally measure my satisfaction with a product by how good it is for my use. So far I would rate this as excellent! I only use it for general maintenance/maintenance on my household appliances like my Shark vacuum. For these purposes the parts are precise enough to fit snugly and I really like that the handle rotates so you can rotate the tool with your fingers and is easy on your wrist. A bit of chatter about the basic "Right to Repair" and why I needed this tool kit. My Shark vacuum was mid-range, about $180 pre-tax, and the damn thing is built so you can't service it at home! All I wanted to do was remove the roller brush to get rid of the case which was caked with dirt that was causing excessive friction and burning the plastic. It's an easy fix and part of the normal functioning of a vacuum cleaner, isn't it? Find out the damn Shark vacuum has security torx screws that don't catch my regular torx bits. Why would the shark do that you ask? Because they don't offer repairs or parts, don't offer extended warranties and basically just want you to buy a new one like every other company that sells stuff to us. That's why we need the #righttorepairbook law in the US.
