Leaves very smeared streaks

Really wanted to use it on sliding glass doors but it's worse than using an old rag. It just smears the dirt around and leaves the steaks behind and you still have to towel dry it again. The rubber scratches and leaves streaks and the fabric side does not absorb moisture. The only plus point is the handle length.
