Review on πŸš— High-Performance SUPERONE 150W Car Power Inverter with Dual USB Charger and Cup Holder Design by Keith Martin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice inverter but note the vents on the bottom

I really like this inverter except for one design feature. It does have vents on the bottom for cooling, but since they're meant to go into the cup holder, if liquid does spill into the cup holder, there may be liquid in another cup holder nearby, through the vents on the bottom can the liquid flow directly into it. If the vents were at least a little to the side of the inverter and not directly below it would protect against this type of accident. Whatever the case, with kids in the car and lots of random spills, it's probably only a matter of time before this thing sits in a shallow puddle of spilled liquid in the cup holder and then likely breaks and hopefully doesn't catch fire. Putting your feet on the floor to raise it a bit, or moving the vents up a bit from the bottom to the sides can help a lot. seems to work great. We love the features and plugs and it's not too loud.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • No automation
