How I wish this Serrated Cleaver was SHARPER and had MORE TWISTED SHAFT, that would be awesome! It cuts well through flour dough but with a fine wavy shape, it's made of stainless steel and easy to clean, the knife is good quality but NOT sharp enough to cut veggies, a clean cut and fine wavy shape for decorating is disappointing. The reason I'm deducting a star is because I'm not a bad person and out of generosity I'd like to give more stars; but, and as I want.
