This heater comes in very good packaging and is a long lasting quality product. I decided to give it a try because my Eheim Jagger was starting to take water in my 125g tank. I like that it's not glass so I don't have to worry about accidentally breaking it when moving or swinging it. I also like that it's fairly compact for the size of the tank it's designed to heat, unlike the Eheim which is around 2 feet long. It's also very easy to set the exact temperature you want using the external control knob and digital display on the thermometer - much better than trying to turn the dial on the eheim. The only thing I can find "wrong" is that the calibration seems 1.3° off calibration - but then again maybe my digital thermometer is disabled? In any case, it's fine. Worth the investment!
