Review on Mueller Ultra Brew Thermal Coffee Maker - 8 Cup (34oz) Carafe, Keep Warm, Auto Shut-Off, LCD Display Coffee Machine, Programmable with Delay Brew Function - Stainless Steel by Ricky Khan

I had high hopes for this coffee maker. I am a big fan of Müller products. I got it for free but I can't give it more than 1 star. I received the product and used it for 4 days before something broke and rendered it unusable. The spring that pushes the top of the carafe to let the coffee in broke off when I dropped the basket (tried to fix it but couldn't). You can see in the photo I took. I've brewed coffee without a spring, but I had to sit and hold the button on the carafe while it brewed. I will have to do this until I have a new coffee maker as I gave my other one away. PROS: Very nice slim design, takes up less desk space than my old one, keeps coffee hot for 3+ hours after brewing. , comes with a reusable filter, brews quickly. CONS: Broke after 4 days rendering the machine unusable, pausing and pouring causes the filter basket to overflow as water still gets into the basket and the coffee grounds go into the carafe. Let's see if I can come back.
