Review on Email Aptitude by James Roper

I like how easy it was to set up my account, everything about this program is great! It's very detailed in its instructions for setting up your campaigns as well as reporting statistics regarding our performance compared with other emails we send out from different sources (and other companies). Reporting can be difficult at times; if you are not familiar enough with Excel or any statistical software, then there may come a time when you need some guidance/assistance figuring things out. We've been using MailChimp before but were looking into alternatives due to budget constraints. This has allowed us more freedom since they don't charge monthly fees nor do they require limits on lists etc.. The benefits of having all our marketing efforts under one roof have greatly improved workflow efficiency overall. I find the tool to be very effective in determining what type of marketing I can do as well as which channels are working best for my customers. It's easy to use, has great customer service and they are always willing to answer any questions that you may have. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to create custom reports. We've been able to increase our sales by over 20% since implementing EmaillaAptitude.
