The software also allows our clients to keep track of their projects as well as their progress and milestones. The project management tool makes it easier to manage the project timelines and deliverables. I did not find any downsides in the use of this product. We were able to easily communicate with our client base about their requests and ideas. The software helped us to have an interactive website where we could connect with our customers and listen to their suggestions.
