Wow, I've learned a lot about how superior Apple's operating systems and software are compared to Android! Nice display, decent sound quality and comfortable keyboard and navigation. But what should have happened automatically and smoothly at launch, as with all my Apple devices, was frustrating and often downright impossible despite hours of messaging with Samsung support. Simple things like adding an email account but no access to its contacts, no autocorrect, no texting without sifting through messaging apps with frustrating limitations. A sleep mode that doesn't respond to touch etc is primitive and unacceptable to me - now I know I was spoiled by the iPad's lightweight design superiority and ease of use. I'm sending it back and I'm happy to spend a little more for a new iPad.
