well made and just what i wanted. Used on the base of a new turret for my cats so they can't take much load but "might". ;-) I wanted a swivel plus the ability to lock and they are perfect for that. The height from the floor is also what I wanted. High enough to run a rag under the base of the cat tower (without moving it) for a quick mini clean. Very easy.
