Excellent Contact Management System - Very Easy To Use

I like that it is easy for my team members to use as they are familiar with how our system works. Also, we have been able to streamline many processes in order to help us run more smoothly. There isn't anything specific that I dislike about this product at this time. If there was something else that we could improve upon I would love to see them implement a way to link accounts so that one person can manage multiple clients from their computer instead of having to go into each client's account separately. We've improved our overall efficiency when it comes to managing our contacts and ensuring that no information falls between the cracks! The ability to see what is happening with my customers on a daily basis has been very helpful in keeping track of our clients' needs. I have not found anything I dislike about this product. It is easy to use and helps me keep up to date with everything that's going on with my clients. There are times when it will be slow to load but usually only for a few seconds. It's great to know exactly where my clients are at any given time.
