Excellent Contact Management System - Very Easy To Use

I like that it is easy for my team members to use as they are familiar with how our system works. Also, we have been able to streamline many processes in order to help us run more smoothly. There isn't anything specific that I dislike about this product at this time. If there was something else that we could improve upon I would love to see them implement a way to link accounts so that one person can manage multiple clients from their computer instead of having to go into each client's account…
