I received this package and it looked like it had been opened. However, the product didn't look used and since I was dying to try it I kept it for myself rather than hassle with returns and reorders. There is a lot of yellow in the color but after applying I like how it looks. It feels good on my skin. I think it brightens my eyes a bit but not much. Gives a little moisture. Not very good at hiding dark circles under the eyes. I will continue to use it but I have to put concealer over it when I apply my makeup.
