The best feature of cryotech is that you can do everything from your phone! You don't need physical access to any equipment, no pumps or hoses needed - it's all done remotely through an app (iOS/Android). There are some things I wish was more intuitive such as certain tasks like loading media items but after taking a few days with this software we figured out how they work together quickly enough for us to be happy users. Our only issue so far has been trying to figure out what information should go where since there isn’t much documentation about use outside their own platform; however once you get used to using these apps you will find little issues very easily solved. We were able install our storage unit without ever coming into contact wth actual ice machines which makes logistics management easier overall. Also allows people who may not have knowledge otherwise to operate basic functions within facility when time comes for.
