I've had other jackets in the past that weren't as expensive. But honestly, if you want a certain look, it sometimes costs a little more. But other than that, this jacket is actually a little better made than some of the $50 jackets I've used in the past. Even with overlays, the jacket is still very comfortable. I like to pretend to wear an oversized t-shirt but I chose the extra large size for this jacket in the extra room which makes it comfortable to wear. Sturdy zippers, very thick material but it breathes when you roll. Sleeve length is nice. I wish it had a little more storage, but I just use a small shoulder bag to carry what I need. back and he would have captured the wind and rain as they are. But I have a raincoat that I want to wear over when it rains. This jacket suits every style of bike, I think it looks good and so does my wife. Every time I come home with my jacket and my wife sees me pull up, it's like I flip a switch and it turns on automatically! I usually can't even take off my helmet when she jumps on me! She even lets me wear it when we go to bed! HOW CAN YOU GET BETTER THAN IT! I love the jacket, but even if I didn't buy it again for that reason alone!
