I like that it is easy for my team members who are not so tech savvy with their own computer skills but can easily understand calls from different devices or browsers, It's also great because you don't have to be in front of an office every time someone needs help! The only thing i dislike about this product would be if there was more information available at certain times when we need extra support such as during holidays etc., which makes us feel less supported by them. We needed something simple where they could pick up phone numbers without having to look anything up online first then once picked up give details over email/texts instead of going back into another website to do it all again.
