I bought two of these (for me and my son) when we were training and ended up riding rim to rim of the Grand Canyon in one day (24 miles). This package was PERFECT! It had everything we needed and more. We filled the bladder completely and placed bottles of liquid electrolyte on either side. If I'm complaining at all, it's two small things. The side pockets aren't very big so I couldn't get my iPhone 8 Plus out. probably in it. It was ok since I carried it in my pocket. Secondly, there was no ideal place for trekking poles. I ended up tying them to the top handle and it worked. Kit, sunglasses, more than 3 liters of water (tgeblasder carries 2.5, plus my bottles), extra electrolytes, cloths, salts, hiking poles, foldable down coat (attached outside), keys, pocket knife and about 8 other children's things. . It helped me get 24 miles and I might pass more! That's a great size. I'm 5ft 2" and my son is 5ft 9 and it fits us both perfectly!
