Review on 🧼 biOrb Maintenance Kit by Kerri Houston

It wasn't clear what was and wasn't in this kit and I didn't want to buy if it only came with sponges (similar to some 3rd party manufacturers that don't have charcoal included), but this kit was better than expected for the price! Genuine Biorb brand so you don't have to worry about fit or functionality. Also includes a water conditioner. These replacements are expensive but I have found that even with 10 fish in the tank I only need to change 1/8th of the tank water every 2-3 weeks while the filter (and activated carbon) is changed about every 6 months. . To me, the time saved on tank maintenance is worth the extra $5-$10 spent on purchasing the kit. The cleaning pads work great. I wish there were more but they can be used a few times. A water conditioner is honestly not worth much (especially if you change the water regularly). But if you find yourself making mistakes moving decorations or catching fish, things will be sorted out quickly. Water purification bags will do. Concentrated care. He once shocked a fish for not mixing well enough.
